Pyronix SMOKE decetor WE2

The Pyronix SMOKE-WE2 is a second-generation wireless optical smoke detector designed for integration with compatible Pyronix alarm systems. Its photoelectric sensor detects smoke entering the sensing chamber, triggering a built-in 85dB sounder and flashing LEDs to provide a clear local warning.
Using encrypted two-way wireless communication on the 868MHz frequency, the detector connects to the alarm system without additional signal cabling. Low-battery supervision reports the radio module’s battery status to the control panel, helping users identify when maintenance is required.
The detector includes a test button, visual status indicators and front and rear tamper protection. Its sensor battery has a stated lifespan of 10 years, while the separate, replaceable CR123A radio battery typically lasts two years.
With a compact circular housing measuring 120mm in diameter and 52.45mm deep, the SMOKE-WE2 provides smoke detection for suitable residential installations.
