How long does approval take?

Most trade applications are reviewed within one working day. Credit-account applications can take 2–3 working days while we run trade references.

Do I need to be VAT registered?

A VAT number is not required to open a trade account, but it is required for 30-day net terms.

Can I buy without a trade account?

Trade prices are only visible to logged-in trade accounts. Without an account you cannot view pricing or place orders on this site.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card, BACS, and bank transfer on every account. 30-day net terms are available on approved trade accounts.

Do you ship outside UK mainland?

UK dispatch only. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands are quoted separately on request.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Yes — 30-day net terms are available on approved trade accounts. Tick "Apply for 30-day net terms" on the application form and we will run trade references.

What is your warranty policy?

Standard 7-year warranty on the brands we stock. RMAs are handled in-house by our UK support team.

How do I return a faulty product?

Raise an RMA from your trade account dashboard or email rma@eurocctv.co.uk. We collect, test, and replace or credit within 5 working days.

Do you offer training?

Yes — free product training is available for trade-account holders on Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Axis, Ajax and Paxton.

Can I open multiple delivery addresses?

Yes — trade accounts support multiple ship-to addresses. Add them in your dashboard after approval.
