How long does approval take?+
Most trade applications are reviewed within one working day. Credit-account applications can take 2–3 working days while we run trade references.
Do I need to be VAT registered?+
A VAT number is not required to open a trade account, but it is required for 30-day net terms.
Can I buy without a trade account?+
Trade prices are only visible to logged-in trade accounts. Without an account you cannot view pricing or place orders on this site.
Do you price projects and bulk orders?+
Yes. Send the spec or bill of materials and we quote it as a package: better pricing on quantity, and a quote you can pass to your end customer with your own margin added. The trade desk supports the project through to commissioning.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card, BACS, and bank transfer on every account. 30-day net terms are available on approved trade accounts.
Do you ship outside UK mainland?+
UK dispatch only. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands are quoted separately on request.
Do you offer credit accounts?+
Yes — 30-day net terms are available on approved trade accounts. Tick "Apply for 30-day net terms" on the application form and we will run trade references.
What is your warranty policy?+
Every line carries its full manufacturer warranty, and RMAs are handled in-house by our UK support team rather than bounced back to the brand — you deal with us, not with the manufacturer's returns desk.
How do I return a faulty product?+
Raise an RMA from your trade account dashboard or email rma@eurocctv.co.uk. We collect, test, and replace or credit within 5 working days.
Do you offer training?+
Yes — free product training is available for trade-account holders on Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Axis, Ajax and Paxton.
Can I open multiple delivery addresses?+
Yes — trade accounts support multiple ship-to addresses. Add them in your dashboard after approval.

Trade accounts are built for UK installers and integrators who procure CCTV and security equipment as part of their business. You need a trade account to view pricing, place orders, and access the full range of Hikvision, Dahua, Texecom and equivalent part numbers we stock.

Quotes and bulk orders
For larger jobs or bulk quantities, build a quote from your account dashboard or send us the specification and quantities. Bulk orders are priced sharper than list price, and quotes are formatted so you can pass them to your end customer with your own margin added. Our trade desk supports quoted projects through to commissioning.
Technical support
Our technical desk can check compatibility against your existing installation — send the recorder or system model numbers and we will confirm which cameras and accessories fit. Datasheets and manuals are attached to product pages where the manufacturer publishes them.
Payment and delivery
We accept card, BACS and bank transfer on every account. Approved accounts can apply for a credit facility with terms agreed per account. We dispatch to UK mainland only; Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands are quoted separately on request.
