Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Euro CCTV website, placing an order, or opening a trade account, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
These Terms are governed by English Law and apply to UK mainland customers only. Euro CCTV does not ship outside UK mainland.
Trade accounts
Trade accounts are issued to UK-registered businesses on application. Approval is at Euro CCTV’s sole discretion and typically completes within one working day.
Trade pricing, discount tier, and credit terms are confidential to the account holder and must not be disclosed to third parties.
Orders and pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£), exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Euro CCTV reserves the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing error, or trade-account standing.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch is from our UK warehouse to UK mainland addresses only. Orders confirmed before 16:00 GMT on a working day are typically dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Shortages or transit damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns and refunds
Returns must be authorised by Euro CCTV in advance. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of receipt.
Restocking fees may apply. Bespoke, custom-configured, or special-order items are non-returnable except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Warranty
Hardware warranty terms follow the manufacturer’s published warranty for each line. Euro CCTV administers warranty claims as the seller of record under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Limitation of liability
Euro CCTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of products supplied. Euro CCTV’s total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under English Law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
