Product Description
A fanless, CNC-machined aluminium enclosure for Raspberry Pi 5, built where the compute board is going into a network cabinet, control panel or edge deployment rather than a desk.
How it cools
The aluminium body is precision CNC machined to sit in direct thermal contact with the processor and other heat-generating components on the board. Heat spreads across the integrated finned surface and dissipates passively — no fan, no moving parts, nothing to seize or clog with dust in a long-running installation.
Why the open frame matters on site
Rather than a sealed box, this is an open CNC frame, so USB, Ethernet, HDMI and GPIO headers stay reachable once the Pi 5 is fitted. That matters for embedded builds where you're adding a PoE HAT, external storage, sensor wiring or a display without pulling the unit apart each time.
Fitting it into a project
- Mounting holes allow the case to be fixed to panels, enclosures or equipment frames rather than left loose
- Precision alignment with the Raspberry Pi 5 board mounting points keeps the heatsink properly seated against the processor area
- Suited to industrial automation, network appliances, edge computing and development platforms where silent, passive cooling and mechanical protection both matter
Specify this where a Pi 5 is doing sustained, unattended work — an NVR front-end, a protocol gateway, a monitoring node — and a fan is one more thing to fail.
Compatibility
Built for the Raspberry Pi 5 board layout specifically; confirm your board revision before ordering as fit is model-specific.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a cooling fan also required with this case?
No — it is a passive design where the aluminium body itself acts as the heatsink, dissipating heat through integrated fins without active cooling.
Can I still access the ports once the Pi 5 is fitted?
Yes — it uses an open CNC frame structure specifically so USB, Ethernet, HDMI and GPIO headers remain fully accessible.
Can this case be used with other Raspberry Pi versions?
It's built to match the Raspberry Pi 5 board layout and mounting points, so check your board revision before ordering.
Can the case be mounted inside an enclosure or panel?
Yes — it includes mounting holes for fixing to panels, enclosures or equipment frames in embedded installations.
