Product Description
Factory-terminated 10m CAT6 patch cord with RJ45 male connectors at both ends, wired to T568B. No crimping required — it drops straight into a rack, patch panel or camera run.
24AWG stranded copper UTP construction supports 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet, rated for channel lengths up to 100m, so a 10m run has plenty of headroom. Bandwidth is rated to 250MHz, ahead of CAT5e, and the cable stays backward compatible with 100Mbps Fast Ethernet equipment where a site still runs older kit.
Where it fits on a job
- PoE switch to patch panel or camera drop — links the switch side of a CCTV install before power reaches the camera
- NVR to operator PC or monitor — short, reliable link in a control room or comms cabinet
- Router or switch to workstation — general office LAN drops alongside a CCTV deployment
Build
The black PVC jacket keeps the cable flexible for tight rack and containment routing. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts with snagless moulded boots resist clip damage over repeated connect/disconnect cycles, which matters on cabinets that get reconfigured during installation or maintenance.
Selection notes for trade buyers
Straight-through T568B wiring means this is not a crossover lead — use it for standard switch-to-device connections. Suitable for routers, PCs, NVRs and PoE switches in structured cabling systems, and for PS4 or similar gaming consoles where a wired drop is preferred over Wi-Fi.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a straight-through or crossover cable?
It's wired straight-through to the T568B standard, suitable for switch-to-device connections rather than crossover applications.
What data rate and bandwidth does it support?
It supports 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet with 250MHz bandwidth, and remains backward compatible with 100Mbps Fast Ethernet equipment.
What's the maximum cable run this fits within?
CAT6 channel length is rated up to 100m; at 10m this lead sits well within that limit.
What connectors does it use?
Gold-plated RJ45 male connectors are factory-fitted at both ends, with snagless moulded boots to protect the clips during installation and removal.
