Product Description
One box, 18 cameras, one mains feed. This distribution unit takes 100–240V AC and outputs regulated 12V DC across 18 individually fused channels, sharing a total output capacity of 30A.
Why per-channel fusing matters
Each output carries its own PTC fuse. If a camera or cable run faults, that channel drops out on its own — the other 17 stay powered, so a single bad run doesn't take the whole system offline. An LED indicator sits alongside each output, so a quick look at the box tells you which channels are live, rather than tracing cable back to every camera during fault-finding.
Where it's used
Built for medium to large CCTV installs where running separate adapters to every camera becomes impractical — retail sites, warehouses, offices and residential blocks with multiple cameras on one system. It's designed for wall mounting, housed in a metal enclosure with a lockable cover, suiting comms cabinets, equipment cupboards or control rooms where wiring needs to stay tidy and secured.
Compatibility
Suitable for 12V DC analogue cameras, plus HD-TVI, AHD and HDCVI cameras, and other 12V security devices drawing power from a shared distribution point.
Selection notes
Check your total camera current draw against the 30A capacity before committing all 18 channels — IR-heavy cameras pull more current at night, and a supply run close to its limit is worth reviewing against actual load.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the number of cameras this power supply can drive?
It has 18 individually fused output channels, sharing a total output capacity of 30A across them.
How is the system affected if a camera or cable goes faulty?
Each channel has its own PTC fuse, so a fault on one output isolates that channel without affecting the other 17.
Is it compatible with HD cameras, or only analogue?
It's suitable for 12V DC analogue cameras as well as HD-TVI, AHD and HDCVI cameras, plus other 12V security devices.
Can this be installed outdoors?
The source describes a metal, lockable, wall-mountable enclosure intended for equipment cupboards, comms cabinets or control rooms rather than exposed outdoor locations.
