Product Description
The Electric Stretch Film Wrapping Machine Dispenser Tools Pallet Packing Machine is a powered stretch film dispenser for wrapping cartons and pallets. A powered feed takes over from the hand pull, so wrapping is faster and more consistent than with a hand dispenser in a busy despatch area.
Jobs it suits
- Pallet wrapping at a warehouse goods-out bay
- Carton wrapping at a despatch bench
- Sites where wrapping volume has outgrown a hand dispenser
Specifying it alongside a security package
This is a packing tool, not a CCTV device. It belongs on the equipment list for the despatch or goods-out area, next to the camera schedule rather than in it. That makes it a sensible line to add when you're fitting out a warehouse or distribution space and want the packing kit sourced in the same order.
The deciding factor is throughput. For the occasional wrap, a hand dispenser does the job. Where cartons or pallets leave the building all day, a powered feed removes the operator-to-operator variation in how hard the film is pulled, which is what makes wrapping more consistent.
