2MP Turbo HD and IP cameras

This range covers nine 2MP cameras spanning fixed turrets, dome, and PTZ formats, in both HD-TVI (Turbo HD) and PoE IP versions. It suits retail units, offices, warehouses, and residential blocks where 2MP (1080p) resolution meets the brief without the storage and bandwidth overhead of higher-resolution cameras.

The range includes several ColorVu models (including HDoC and IP variants), fixed lens and motorised varifocal options, and PTZ domes with optical zoom up to 32×, alongside a standard 4-in-1 dome and an unbranded audio turret.

How to choose

• Signal type: HD-TVI models (Turbo HD, THC-B230-R) run over coax to a compatible DVR; PoE IP models (DS-2CD1327G2-LUF, DS-2CD2723G0-IZS) run over network cable with power carried on the same link.
• Low-light approach: ColorVu models are built to hold colour in low light; standard EXIR turrets rely on infrared for night-time monochrome coverage instead.
• Field of view: fixed-lens turrets (2.8mm) suit set entrances and corridors; motorised varifocal and PTZ models suit larger areas or scenes needing zoom and reframing on site.
• Housing rating: IP67/IP66-rated models are suited to outdoor or exposed mounting positions.
• Audio: at least one model in the range includes a built-in microphone for on-camera audio capture.
